TODAYS 2 MINUTE EXERCISE CHALLENGE using a bench: - 1 minute of holding press up against the bench and driving knee to elbow (30 seconds each side) Followed by - 1 minute of holding a press up against the bench doing a T-Shape twist alternate sides Great whole body workout.
