TODAYS EPISODE OF FROM THE VAULT FM 802 5th Anniversary Special - Super Rock Market Mid-1994 Record Fair held in Osaka at the Takashimaya Department store on the 7th Floor. Here in Australia we have a bargain basement in our department stores but in Japan the basement is usually reserved for the food hall, and what food halls they are!!!! On the set-up day as the 7th Floor is usually used for exhibitions and not set up for general customer use, amenities like air conditioning are not in operation either. Well it was as hot as you could imagine. We had a fantastic time as usual. Here are some images from the fair.
