TODAYS FRESH WORD DEVOTIONAL BY REV & PASTOR MRS Ntia Ntia LORD GIVE ME FIRE Jesus answered and said to them all,I indeed baptize you with water,but one mightier than I cometh, he shall baptize you with holy ghost and with fire. luke 3:16. the baptism of the holy ghost and fire was the reasons by the apostles waited on God in prayer and fasting. one of the ways God visits and empowers is by fire (Genesis 15:8-17). the visitation of fire is the solution to every opposition and oppression. there is no safety outside the fire of God. men on fire are unoppresable and unmolestable. nobody carries the fire out God and ends in failure. THE REASON FOR DESTINY FRUSTRATION IS NOT THE PRESENCE OF THE ENEMIES BUT THE ABSENCE OF FIRE. You not end fire to live a vibrant and victorious life as a child of God. To receive the fire of God, you must ask in prayer with hunger and desperation. seek it passionately. Your heart cry for fire is a sign of your desperate need for the fire. Your state of hunger and emptiness is hat attracts God visitation of fire. the bible says in Acts 2:4 And they were all filled.... God is faithful to baptize with fire. the stability of your life and spirituality depends on the fire. Your manifestation as the son of God can only be made possible by the fire. Let us consider the following truth concerning the fire of God. - God recommended and prescribed our need for the fire. it is not a human suggestion. dive prescription for human situation. ( luke 24: 49) - they desperately continue in prayer and fasting until fire came. (Acts 1:14). if we also wait in prayer and fasting we will also receive the fire. - All those who waited patiently for the fire were visited ultimately. cry out to God to baptize you with fire. PRAYER FOCUS in Jesus name, as I wait on the lord, I receive fresh fire. Holy ghost fire burn in me now. STUDY FOCUS Acts 1:4, 2:1-4.
