TODAYS TALKBACK: The future of a Waterloo business is up in the air after police deemed it a chronic nuisance. Police say theyve been called to Club 319 in downtown Waterloo for disturbances too often, so now the business will be charged for police presence. The cost will be $50 per officer per hour.
