TODAYS TALKBACK: The race for Iowas third congressional district is now set. David Young won the GOP nomination this weekend by getting the most from delegates at a convention. Young came in 5th in the Republican primary. Brad Zaun had the most primary votes, but didnt reach the required 35% to secure the nomination. Zaun came in second at the convention. Some say Iowa should switch to a runoff election, because the convention takes voters voices away. What do you think? Should Iowa change its convention system?
