TODAY’S MANNA. Galatians 1:6-8. I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel – which is really no gospel at all. Evidently, some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! ### Today we can see fake, duplicate and imitation of many things. As the existence of genuine is for sure, so is the co-existence of its fake, duplicate, or imitation. Take any product available in the market, we can surely find its counterfeit product also. Fake is of a true. Duplicate is of an original. Imitation is of genuine. While the truth, original and genuine may not be so attractive and appealing in appearance to the eyes and mind, as the fake, duplicate and imitation would be. They would be so beautiful, attractive and appealing to the eyes and minds of people. It is very difficult for a common person to discern which is genuine and which is fake and easily get trapped. In the same way, Apostle Paul preached and taught the Galatians the true gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ and the leading of a life holy and acceptable to God. But behind Apostle Paul others came and preached the perverted teachings to confuse and distract the believers from Christ Jesus, enticing them to desert the grace of God through Jesus Christ. So, Apostle Paul, sternly warns them that even the Apostles (including Paul himself) or an angel from heaven preach a gospel other than what has been preached to them shall be condemned. In this generation, we can see many preachers come with perverted doctrines to confuse the people and lead them astray from the presence of God and the eternity in Heaven. Such preachers are very good crowd pullers, because their cosmetic presentation of gospel is so attractive and liberal that the people easily follow them. They come, they preach, they take your gifts and lead luxury life style. They show themselves as examples for material blessings. This is a strategy of Satan to destroy the Church. So let us be strong in the Word of God and discern the spirits and motives. Let us be well founded on the rock of salvation. Let no pervert teachings make us stumble and lose our eternity with Jesus Christ.
