Offering years of experience and a unique approach to Reiki Training, Karen holds classes based upon the Usui System of Natural Healing, designed for both the seasoned Reiki Practitioner and those new to Reiki: The focus of Reiki I is on self-healing. No prior healing experience is needed. In this two day workshop you will: •Be attuned to Reiki and Certified in Level 1 •Learn the Five Principles of Reiki, meditations, and energy techniques •Learn the hand positions to facilitate healing for self and for others •Give and receive a Reiki treatment A workbook and certificate of completion are included in the course.
