TRACK SESSIONS - Thurs 08 Jan onwards. Ladies & Gents, hope you all had a good break - Track back to normal as of this week. Martin & Tony will be doing their magic. For the people that usually train with me, Ill be unavailable for the near future, and as I type have been unable to get someone to cover for me. Im still trying, but your sessions may be ad hoc for the next couple of weeks. Many apologies, I dont want to let you down, but please bare with me - Thanks............... Any Coach reading this and fancies a go please let me know soonest! I generally work to a program and am happy to explain each session to any one of you...... including the non Coaches!
