TRAFFIC ALERT: ABNORMAL LOAD TRAVELLING FROM DERBYSHIRE TO ALTON TOWERS Motorcyclists from our roads policing team are escorting abnormal loads from Foston in Derbyshire to Alton Towers today. The loads wil travel along the A50 towards Uttoxeter before turning on to the A515 towards Ashbourne and then taking the A52 towards Leek and their final destination. The first load left Foston at 9.30 am and is expected to complete its journey at about midday. A second load will leave Foston at around 1pm due to arrive at about 3pm. Were warning drivers that there may be delays on this route, so finding an alternative route may be a good idea.
