TRAFFIC TICKET INFO. As most of you know I have a service business that assist you in getting Traffic Tickets Dismissed! As well as I Provide other legal services. I would like to share something that most People (particular US of Color) often get confused. The Service that I provide is a LEGAL Service. A legal service could be in the form of advice, and even sometimes consultation. I get paid for information you need! When you hire or retain a legal service as I - or Any Attorney - to represent you in court (via a physical appearance or on Paper called a Motion.), your seeking a professional service to proved you with a strategy to assist you in the defense of an accusation - which is Dismissal of your ticket~ Most citizens want a GUARANTEE in getting the Case dismissed. Well, in most cases we do have a High percentage in dismissing your citation. However, every case is not a guarantee no matter the tightest written brief~! Heres why: 1) A judge could have a hair up his ass that day, and want us to work for it, 2) That judge could have made an human error> it happens..even i slip...or 3) That judge remembers your name and came through his court many times b 4 4) Theirs a kangaroo style Court room, the judge is prejudice in ruling, and last 5) The client may have told the Attorney a miss informed story to persway the defense but the story is really not the truth and we write the defense based upon what the defendant has given us... I said that to say, we legal defenses do loose sometimes. Thus I want to expound on that last number 5 The times we do loose a case ( I have lost only a hand full in 10 years!), yes it bothers us. for we take pride in writing defenses..at least for my clients! Its a personal joy to win for you! However, err now and then YOU get bent out of shape when the few of you loose! Its not the Attorneys fault! Its your misleading ass! Either you want to slick the attorney or you think that no service was provided and you want you Money back. NO Fool, a service was provided...remember this is a defense Strategy to TRY and win your case...and sometimes attorneys run in to brick walls. But with enough time like the appeal you still win! Some ppl think that they want $$ back if the case wasnt won! So, you soar loosers (which I only have a few) Quit being slick and thinking im wrong.,,,no its really your slick ass! when things dont go your way, you want to slander me, and give a bad review, or report to the BBB...(thank God I never been reported), But i wish business men can report you bad sad ass clients...Just a thought. But, to any one who may need to retain legals services as I, YOU WILL GET A GREAT CART BLANC SERVICE IF YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT INFO AND QUIT TRYING TO CIRCUMVENT THE LEGAL MEANS OF I GETTING THE CASE DISMISSED...LET ME TELL THE WHITE LIE...LOL.. IM A FKN LIEAWYER!
