TRANSFORMATION BY COMMITTEES - Soon we may start hearing of committees that will decide how eat, sleep, breathe or even go to the bathroom. How many committees - and I mean all committees, whether standing, sitting or sleeping committees do we have from January to date in Nigeria? What was our gain from such previous countless committees but the knowledge that each Nigerian could have a committee to chair whenever the government decide to share them out. Come to think of it, if committees are so effective an administrative tool, why is fuel still scarce? Why is corruption still thriving? Why is Boko Haram more daring? Why is $20bn still missing? Why is nobody in jail for the N2.3trn subsidy fraud. Most importantly, why should somebody assess my stupidity level to be lower than acceptable average as to believe this new Chibok committee would be any different?
