☆☆TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY!!☆☆ ♡♡Get ready to be INSPIRED!!!!!!♡♡ Meet Greg Dasenbrock - a muscled up motorcycle riding grandad ;) proving that age doesnt matter! This man is inspirational and his amazing transformation is one for the books!! Outstanding!!!!!! My little collage does not begin to do him justice. Gregs story... Heres me prior to 2009...looks like I stole a kids basketball! I was 49 with high blood pressure, type 2 and taking meds to control both...sad, sad, sad Something had to change....I started lifting weights, eating right and by doing so I dropped my type 2 meds in Aug.2010. Dec.2010 I hired my coach/trainer and in June 2011 I placed 3rd in 50+. In Nov. 2011...placed in both 40+ and 50+. AGE IS NO EXCUSE....still getting it done at near 54.
