TRANSPORT & SECURITY CO-ORDINATOR / EPPING Northern Suburbs, Western Cape Key Accountabilities: · Responsible for all company vehicles – CT & JHB · Regular maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles including forklifts · Managing fuel accounts · Verify log sheets and provide reports · Fleet management · Liaise with bank, car finance and fleet management departments · Liaise with the security service providers · Investigate incidents · Maintenance of security gates · Monitor Cameras · Coordinate payments of fines · Implement security and safety measures · Organise, monitor and supervise facility maintenance · Supervise the company driver / courier Skills & Experience: Qualifications Required · Grade 12 / Std 10 · Related qualification · Minimum 3 years’ experience Attributes Required Ability to work independently and to high degree of accuracy High level of organisation and sound administrative skills Meticulous record keeping Good communication skills (oral & written) Sound people skills Critical thinking- use of logic and reasoning Problem solving / trouble shooting skills Openness to accept innovative and ability to introduce change Honesty and integrity Other : Computer Literacy · Microsoft Office Packages including MS Excel required · Technical / Mechanical background email [email protected]
