TRESPASS COMPLAINT (EARLIER CALL 10-23-14): 1900 Blk of N. Van Dyke Rd. Caller and the previous tenants were all named.There is a hazard on this address for the caller. It states to send 2 officers, and that he is unstable. Caller states the previous tenants are there at the gate, and refusing to leave.Police stated they responded to a call there less then a week ago, and they were told by the caller that he was going to get an eviction notice to serve them, but doesnt believe he ever did. Police states the tenants still technically have rights to be on that property. The tenants have also called, and want to speak to police about this. Caller still states he wants the previous tenants to leave, but they wont. Tenants flagged police down, and are now walking up the driveway. The gate is locked. Police states that the landlord, (Caller), is in their residence and the tenants are in their rental house. Parties are separated and everything is okay at the moment. Police states that the tenants have not legally been evicted yet. Police has to consult with another officer arriving on scene about another little issues that they dont want to put out over the air. Police is attempting to make contact with the caller. Police is secure and talking to the caller. Police asked for a complaint number for the complaint. Police states that the parties are separated and the other officer on scene released the others there. One officer went to an address of someone who was a witness to some of the happenings today. Police is getting a statement from them. #Goodland
