TRIANGLE MEDITATION? I must say I was pleasantly surprised as to the effectiveness of this form of meditation. You need 2 willing participants for this, and yourself, of course. I chose 2 people with previous meditation experience so we would all be aware of any differences in our normal meditation compared to the group approach. This is what we did: 1. Sat in a triangle. 2. Meditate on the triangle.... (I will leave this triangle focus open to interpretation) 3. Enjoy a 30 minute session (or longer). I like using at least 30 as it is enough time to settle 3 people down to try and experience the meditation TOGETHER. 4. Hang out and discuss your experience afterwards with each other. Our group experience was trippy, and extremely humorous in discussion, but this was our triangle. One other suggestion! If all participants have experience with the sensation of the third eye chakra, imagine the triangle lines to connect at the third eye chakras of each person
