Feasibility study with the engineers (technical analysis, mold feasibility, development and production costs, optimization of the materials used, standards compliance studies (CE, GS, TUV…). Optimization of product development to satisfy specific European clients in terms of design, specifications and positioning in an ultra-competitive environment. Subsequent expansion of the activities to also include the importing of FMCG products for major European Brands (Philips, SEB…) and private label goods (LECLERC, AUCHAN, CARREFOUR). Planning related to purchasing, importing, customs clearance, deliveries, etc. Organization of conferences in China (Shanghai, Suzhou, Ningbo, Guangzhou…). Exhibition on trade shows in Germany, Netherlands, US, China, etc. Management of a database of more than 100,000 potential customers via CRM, organization of targeted mailings, creation of specific marketing aids and campaigns. Public relations for the Chinese and French press. Set up a centralized server (China-France) to optimize the development, marketing and sales processes.
