TRICARE makes me want to cry with how you never get a customer service person tell you the same thing twice. I am frustrated with a referral that has taken over a month in order to get even inputted properly. Even thought the original date was valid, but due to processing error it was coded wrong and then repeated issues there on out, they will not date it when it should be. Now onto more stress and strain in order to fight a grievance that will take at minimum 30-60 days in order to process that. I am grateful we have insurance, but sometimes it truly feels like they want to burden families and deny help, then be the link to resources that are needed by families.
