TRUE OR FALSE? The People at the top those who were in first - TopicsExpress

TRUE OR FALSE? The People at the top those who were in first make all the money. The rest of us just don’t have the same opportunity. FALSE! This is a huge misconception of Network Marketing. I find that the ones who say this are socialists and believe “everyone deserves the same benefit, regardless of their contributions.” That is not how Network Marketing works and that is WHY I LOVE IT. Those who put in the work, train, motivate, give back to others with their resources and talents are the ones who will see the most gain. This really aligns with the law of reciprocity… the more you give the more you will receive when you do it without the intention to get! There are no ceilings. In my business anyone on my team can pass me income wise. I love that. There are 3 ways to get involved with a Network Marketing company. This is not necessarily how all companies work, but in my experience you can get involved with a company as a wholesale customer, retailer and NetWork Marketing Business Builder, AKA Rockstar. A wholesale customer gets involved with the company like a same’s club or costco member to buy product at whole sale. They want the distributors price and yet have no desire to sell or market the products to others. They simply want the best price out there to save the most on the products they use consistently. A retailer is one who gets involved as a distributor of the products for the sake of selling products at parties or one on one, earning anywhere for 20-50% on any of the products they sell. They are not interested in building a team and leveraging the work of those on a team. I find much of the time they simply do not understand the power of residual income and leverage. They are more confident in simply selling the product. A Business Builder or Network Marketing Rockstar is one who not only signed up as a distributor but also builds a team. Essentially they buy at wholesale, Retail the product but also see the opportunity in building a team. Not only is a Network Marketing Rockstar one who loves sharing the products with others, but also invites people to take a look at the opportunity side of the business. Being a Rockstar is not only about just selling product and getting people signed up in the business, but it also is about training, motivating and inspiring their team to grow their businesses and keep growing. The better one is in this role, the more money they will make. The more Rockstars you have on your team the more money each of you will be making and the more secure your income will be. In a nutshell if a person sells a little and only invites a little, they will make less income. It’s that simple. It’s not a matter of fairness it’s a matter of work ethic, both investment and perseverance. It is like any other business there will be highs and lows, but but I find there are many more highs and it allows me to work using my specific talents and strengths. I get to be who I was created to be, connect with others and stretch others to do the same. I guess the best way to compare it is basic capitalism and most North Americans consider it quite fare.
