TUAREG RALLY 2014 Additional catering supplied by the german company OFFROAD - CATERING . Our company Offroad Catering is being run by Dirk Neumann, chef de cuisine and Martin Bradler, chef of logistics. All our food and beverage come from Europe. For us as experienced travelers and caterers in Northern Africa its important that all food that we offer to you is in excellent hygienic condition. This is a requirement for us. Without the same standards as at home in Europe, our work in Northern Africa would be impossible for us. Now, for the Tuareg Rally you have the opportunity to make use of our offers, which have been often proofed themselves during sahara rallys and other off-road events. We offer you the possibility to buy our food and drinks during the Tuareg Rally. The advantages for you are less weight and less required loading space in your team for food and drinks. With us you will also have cool soft drinks and beer to consume. During the day as snacks we will offer to everyone Bratwurst, Schnitzel from pork or poultry and Hamburgers. Also we would love to cook a full Lunch for you every day, in the amount of meals that you have ordered before the event starts. This Lunches will be for example, carrot stew with meat balls, Spaghetti with hash sauce, neck steak with vegetables and potatoes, …. Everything with moderate prices. You have to order and pay in advance those Lunches/Afternoon dishes with the number of persons you need, before the rally. Please send us an e-mail with your wishes. This will ensure a smooth work flow and an all-time availability of the food. We can take care for vegetarians and diabetics, although we need to know this before the rally starts. The beverage we offer for everybody each day are coffee, tea, Coke, Fanta, Sprite and red wine. Draught beer will be available and also canned beer in the harbor or for take away. The winner party will celebrated with our drinks.
