TUESDAY MORNING WEATHER UPDATE We are starting the day with clouds and temperatures in the 30s. North winds near 10mph will put a chll in the air. Another upper level system will begin to track eastward. Mid morning temperatures will climb to near 40 under cloudy skies. North and northeast winds will limit the amount of moisture able to return to the area. Lunch hour temperatures will climb into the mid 40s. The cloud cover will keep temperatures cooler than Monday with peak highs from 50 to 54 degrees. The upper level system will approach from the west late Tuesday into Wednesday. The limited amount of moisture will not give this system much to work with in the rainmaking department. Long term - we will see changes that will break down the cold weather pattern and put us on track to see temperatures in the 70s by the weekend.
