November 28 Palestinian attacks: none Death: Jerusalem – 02:30, Nour Mohammad Affana (14) was suffering from a severe case of pneumonia and was on her way to the Beit Jala Hospital. The Palestine News Network (PNN) states that a physician decided to move the young girl to the Intensive Care Unit in Beit Jala Hospital. Her father said that soldiers closed the roadblock and the ambulance then tried to take a bypass road, near the Kidar Occupation settlement, but was unable to do so. The decision was then made to drive to the Ramallah Government Hospital. Nour passed away just minutes before arriving at the hospital.
