ORACLE DBA Responsibilities: • This position provides configuration, administration and support on the Oracle eBusinessSuite of applications. Analyzes, tests and implements physical Database design to support and install Oracle eBusiness applications customizations and other Oracle databases. • Troubleshoots issues related to Oracle ERP Functionality and performance. Works with Oracle supports on Oracle Service Requests (SRs) • Provides upgrading, patching, cloning, tuning, and other daily activities on the Oracle eBusinessSuite of applications. • Formulates processes for key metrics including architectural design, disaster recovery, data integrity, and capacity planning for physical database and applications. • Audits the current environments to ensure ERP application security. Defines metrics to monitor of policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management. • Creates and maintains Oracle databases for test and development as well as production environments • Analyzes tests, and implements physical database design supporting Oracle applications • Implements system requirements relative to database and server needs, analyzes transactions and data volumes, and designs & develops complex databases and applications • Serves as the technical expert in eBusinessSuite applications, liaise with the functional and user teams Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field of study • Designing and implementing load balancing of form severs and database server • Maintaining, patching and upgrading Oracle ERP Applications 12i/Oracle 109 • Configuring SSL in Oracle ERP Applications • Enterprise Manager (Grid Control, Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC),Advanced Storage Management (ASM) and Oracle Data guard tools • Oracle OEM including tuning pack, change management pack and diagnostics pack • E-Business applications system administration and application security: user accounts, custom menus, custom responsibilities, printer setup and concurrent managers • Database application, architecture and tools including state-of-the-art concepts/design/deployment, recovery techniques, performance monitoring and tuning, structured query language, PL/SQL, relational database design techniques, RDBMS-specific monitoring tools, and cross-platform networking in a TCP/ IPenvironment SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST:- Responsibilities: • Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user interface specifications, outputs, and general system requirements • Propose high level and functional designs for the requested solutions • Implement the solution following state-of-the-art software development methods • Participate in all aspects of IT product development and release cycles, including post release research and analysis • Work with other entities to identity and discuss functional requirements • Lead proof of concept demonstrations for key Stakeholders, to gain early feedback and inform product strategy and for ensuring smooth adoption • Able to propose solutions and drive stakeholders to achieve consensus on proposed solutions • Decompose complex system analysis tasks in a timely fashion working with team members to ensure the chosen solution solves the case with high-quality • Utilize and leverage their analysis and software development experience, as applicable, to accelerate the integration of new systems and improve the code and processes for existing systems Qualifications: • Must have a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering/Design or equivalent from an accredited institution • Practical experience in requirements analysis and solutions proposal • Practical experience with object-oriented analysis and design • Practical experience with Java, .Net , SharePoint and C# development • Experience with SQLand relational databases • Experience in UML is a must • Experience with analysis and development of interface/communication protocols desired • At least 7 years of experience required preethi@bahwancybertek
