Takbirat on the day of Id in the ancient Persian city of Janah (southern Iran, Hormozgan province). The people of Janah (like most southern Iranians) are Larestani Persians. Historically Larestan represents all the southern parts of the Fars and large parts of the Hormozgan province of Iran and the majority of Larestani people are ethnic Persians and Sunnis to this very day (the Safavids couldnt forcefully convert them to Shiism like most ethnic Persians of Iran). Larestani Persian Sunnis number thousands in the Gulf countries. They are amongst the most successful businessmen and even politicians in Bahrain and the UAE. The Mosque in this video is the Mohammad Rasul Allah Mosque of Janah.
