Take a few minutes to read this wonderful post from Chef Pete Evans, with the amazing Trevor Hendy. One thing Limelizard always tries to promote amongst everyone is the power of positivity. Sometimes even I need a little push back onto my path especially when I do encounter those who are not yet open to positivity, and even those sceptical of our essential oils until they try them and see the benefits first hand, so tonight I feel that Pete and Trevor gave me that little push whilst reading this post.
