If you have no voice and no political power you have no say about your future. Canadian oil industry faced that reality in the 80s when the Federal government changed one policy. The economy in our city - Calgary and our province collapsed overnight. Countless people lost their jobs. So we started sending politicians to become part of the Federal government. Today the Canadian Prime Minister is from our city. That took hard work and many years of efforts and failures. ENJOY!
