Taking out the oil supplies and production plants helps to put the Islamic State back on their asses (donkeys...Im not using a bad word here) and off of their tanks and out of their combat ready pickups. No fuel, no Mobilization. I get that. But hey, no drivers would also help. It is reported that Obama is giving these monsters a heads up before taking out their facilities in order to limit the number of terrorists killed. (can someone please whisper into the presidents ear, Mr. President, they are the enemy and would gladly behead you and put your head on a spike for all the world to see. )
