Taking the other half into the gym after we both worked from 9am-8pm. Considering we smashed an hour of cardio at 630am that morning, we could easily have taken the night off and rested up, but tonight was leg day. Carb depleted and unmotivated we somehow smashed the following session: Squats 8 sets of 10 Seated hamstring curl 4 sets of 10 Walking lunges 4 sets of 20 Leg press 4 sets of 12-15 Seated calf extension 4 sets to failure Leg extension 4 sets of 10 Stiff leg dead lift 4 sets of 12 We train legs twice every week.. The next session will have different exercises and different rep ranges. Heres a video of Tily doing squats.. Just something about women that squat.. Im sure the guys will agree
