Tales from my pram - we went to the vets on Monday for my cushing disease monitoring injection and blood test. Mama is pleased that the results show my cushing is come under control but my liver enzymes are going up. Mama said my AlP is raising it is now over 3000 normal is 75 - 175 the vets are starting me on another liver tablet to see if it helps. Mama even started me on a hepatic prescription diet but was yuck. I tried to eat it for my mama but I just hated it. My little legs have been abit wobbly and my excercise tolerance is not great. Mama said its all a part of the cushing and I am not to worry. She said we have the pram we can still get out and about and have little walks. Mama booked me in for some hydrotherapy and physiotherapy, she discussed it with my vet tonight but he does not want to work my liver and more than its being over worked already. Mama told me I am not to worry about I thing, I am getting the best care from my vet and mama said we should both remain optimistic. Love to you all Poppy Noodles xxx
