Talk about a rebuke! These people are the most crass versions of politicians Ive ever seen. What is it with them and awards? In the first instance, we had the silk that they chose to award themselves, an abomination in the world of etiquette if there ever was one, which, by the way, begged the question of who they actually thought would hire them after having had a front row seat to their understanding of the law. Now theyve nominated our ex-prime minister for our highest award, without his knowledge. His quick refusal has left them with egg on their faces and it is with this national embarrassment that we start our Independence Day celebrations. They mock everything we stand for as a people. And when done, they mock some more. Id rather drink a bag of vomit than sit with them. P.S. Only my vomit. P.P.S. Still not a fan of Manning.
