Dear Martin, I hope this isnt super strange- but I have followed your Instagram account for months now- and I am incredibly inspired and enthralled by your work. My name is Kaylyn and I am a college sophomore from Santa Cruz, California; and I have been doing Lighting Design work for 6 years. You have unknowingly transformed my whole view of lighting; before finding your account I was convinced that I would just do Theatrical Lighting my whole life, but something was still missing. I came across your Instagram and found out about event lighting and all the beautiful and colorful work and transformations you do. Your use of color, shadows, angle and texture are amazing and I am always blown away by your photos. I have changed my entire career path and decided to go to graduate school in New York to study Architecture and Lighting Design next fall in order to focus more on event and spatial lighting.
