Talk about an overflow of guests. We hold a huge fundraising event every election cycle. And we always prepare for so many guests. Then we prepare room for extra guests; just in case more people than what we expect show up. Yesterday’s luncheon was no different. We thought we will expect 350 people. But just in case, as has been the case every cycle, we allocated enough tables just in case there is an overflow and 400 people show up. Boy, were we mistaken once again. Over 400 showed up! And everyone had a wonderful time. Andrea and I, our families and the Kilili for Congress Committee cannot say thank you enough for all those who joined us for lunch yesterday and to those who bought tickets but couldn’t make it. Kilili may be #1 on the ballot but you know that you, the people of the Northern Mariana Islands, are #1 in Kilili’s heart. So on election day, please vote #1 on the ballot because you know and you want to remain #1 in the heart and in the work of your congressional delegate to Congress. Thank you everyone for the huge show of support.
