Talk about being friendly and courteous. Putra told me that when he was in Zane, Italy, doing his soccer for more than a year, the shopkeepers there never fail to greet him even when he was just passing by their shops. After a while Putra does the same too and it was a joy going to the market/supermarket. When he came back to his hometown, he did the greeting thing but instead he got a weird stare from the shopkeepers. After a while Putra understands why we have Courtesy Campaign in his home country.
