Talk to us, we are a listening government Every meeting or event I attend, I come to realize the importance of technology in our lives. It makes communication seamless and faster. As a technology-savvy administrator, I have introduced e-Office and made data on public welfare schemes available online. This apart, I also plan to launch Mee Kosam, an online grievance redressal system, soon. This will revolutionize how the government will solve grievances of people. People can enter their Aadhar number or the grievance number and check the status of their grievances. This is also part of our Smart Andhra Pradesh campaign. Ours is a listening government. I believe that it is essential for a government to take such initiatives to get closer to people and communicate with them. Given that the Internet helps us communicate with each other instantly, I encourage you to write to us and give us ideas and suggestions. This will help us better our functioning and approach to various challenges. This idea is a part of larger reforms that I want to introduce into political system. Such steps will strengthen transparency in decision-making and ensure good governance in public and private sectors.
