Talked to an old fella in his 70s today @ the parole office and he was there for DUI he was a widower and said that it was his 1st time drinking EVER. Said he missed his wife and needed to drown his sorrows & numb his heart. I Felt sorry 4 him. Anyway he said sumthing that ended up stuck with me all day. I swear Id heard it B4 sumwhere. He said, Have you done anything in ur life up to right now that has made your life better or advanced ur career pursuits? I sat and thought and honestly all my bad choices have always put me 5steps forward then 10steps back my ENTIRE life. To all my REAL friends out here u know that MY trubles NEVER come in single spies but always come in Batallions.Anyway dudes words were wise and are etched in my mind 4 awhile.
