Tanzania 2014 Dear friends and family, I hope God is moving - TopicsExpress

Tanzania 2014 Dear friends and family, I hope God is moving in your life in a mighty way. He is moving mountains in my life in a miraculous way and has been doing so increasingly so for a while. I am finishing up my first year at Philadelphia Church’s School of Ministry and I am intern here at the church too. God has called me to full time ministry in an awesome way. God has opened the doors and I have been fully approved and sanctioned by Philadelphia Church to go on a missions trip to Tanzania. I am leaving the 24th of April returning August 20th. The intent of this trip is to see God move in His Kingdom in a mighty and miraculous way while supporting a planted missionary and through humanitarian efforts. God planted in my heart to be a conduit for His love and compassion for the lost, least and last through the spreading of His Gospel and working with the people of Tanzania. As God reveals Himself to me more and more every day. He is breaking my heart for the people that have never heard of the Good News. I have a tender spot in my heart for those who are being persecuted and oppressed just because of their faith. It is exciting because you have the opportunity to be involved in spreading His love and compassion to the ends of the earth. Firstly, I need your prayers for me through the entire process and for the missionary, Tori Rasumussen, whom I am going to be working with while I am in Tanzania. The first phase is raising financial support, in which I am going to have to raise $4,500, so your prayers in that area would be so greatly appreciated I can’t even put my thanks into words. Another way you can get involved is to consider supporting me towards my goal. Even the smallest of donations can be blessed and grown by the power of God, so would you mind considering a small donation? Whether you feel God calling you to support through prayers, financially, or both, all of your support is needed. I look forward to see God move mountains in Tanzania through us as we venture on this journey together. God Bless you, Austin Betterley Cost: $7 per day for food and ministry, planning $17 per day for safety and more contribution towards ministry, coming to $520 per month. $100 for overnight in Dar es Saleem $1,650-$1,800 for airfare and visas, round trip. $50 per month for unexpected costs of room and board and other things, for $200 total. $300 for pick-up and drop-off at Mbeya Total: $4,430-4,480 Prayer Points: For God to continue to move mountains in my life. My family to be deeply affected be the witness of my missions trip and the lives that will be changed by this trip. Continual financial support throughout the entire process. Continual prayer support throughout the entire process. The attacks and distractions of the enemy will fall short and the discernment to see the true blessings of the Lord and not the “blessings” of the enemy. Thank you all for your consideration and support. This trip will truly be an experience of a life time. I cannot wait to see God do miraculous things while I am in Tanzania. If you have any further questions, comments or concerns, please do not refrain from contacting me. “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”(Colossians 3:17)
