TaraMorgan MoMo Boyd post this a couple of days ago: ohkay Chesnee Fans... for the last couple of years our fan base has been a little on the quiet side at the football games. I mean every other stadium we go to they have music pumping the crowd and fans supporting the players. Sadly we can put our babies to sleep at our games. Bruce Mahaffey tries his best to get the crowd behind our boys & NOTHING !!!! we can be 1st and goal & sitting there knitting a sweater ! or on defense 4th down and we are looking at the bugs fly in the air ! i just want to know if we can TURN IT UP A NOTCH !!!! just for the sake of our boys out there on the field giving it their all !!! what some of you may fail to realize is that as we go through our season and get into playoffs we will be hosting most of our playoff games from doing so good last year in region play ! SO WE NEED TO OUTDO THE OPPONENTS !!!! I want to be able to hear the fans IN CHESNEE downtown by BANTAM CHEF ! I remember as a kid when i lived on Henderson road and Cherokee St I could hear the game and the fans without even being near the field. LETS BRING THIS BACK !!!! those boys deserve for our town to be behind them ! they dedicate many summer days and every day after school to bettering themselves and the team to carry us to STATE !!!!! So proud of Chesnee Varsity Football ! LETS GO EAGLE FANS ! STAND UP ! & MAKE SOME NOISE !
