"Taste of the Eastern Shore" Wine Dinner - a few spaces still available~! Next Saturday night (21 September), 6:00 p.m., at the Hook-Up Gourmet. Offerings include Crab & Artichoke en Bouchette, Duck Prosciutto with White Truffle Oil on Brioche, Clams Casino, Oyster, Mushroom, and Goat Cheese Tart, Pan-seared Flounder over Jumbo Lump Crabmeat with Hayman Ragout, Grilled Filet Mignon, Wild Mushroom Duxelle with Green Peppercorn Cognac Glace de Viande, Potato Galette and Caramelized Baby Vegetables. There will be intermezzos of salad and a Champagne-Lemon Sorbet. Paired with these, a Gruet Extra Dry Blanc de Blancs, a Tangent Grenache Blanc, a Villa Wolf Pinot Gris, a Ventisquero Gray Glacier Cabernet Sauvignon.
