Tata Docomo : Hi Team I have been extremely fed up with your services and finally decided to launch a consumer complaint against you My Phone number is +919814263007 . I launched a complaint for a refund on 16th Feb 2014 and still its pending , in the mean time for the track i have been speaking to your senior supervisers , Namely Smita , Munmun , Neha , Kishore , Vinod and few i even dont remember , Its has been heck of the services thta i have received . So no point talking to you poor team on this . So writing you a mail as a record . Apart i asked for the plan conversion on 10th MARCH AND WAS COMMITTED THAT THE SERVICES WOULD AVAIL and would be active from 13th March , received a message but as usual to my expectation it was again something against the customer satisfaction. My services would be active from 3rd Aptil then 13th March . I kept a note to your senior reresentative for this that i wont pay a single peny for calls done after 13th mArch and i mind my words. Looking for an urgent reply and better services . Else will sue your team and corrupt services. Regards Vikrant Tuli
