The reason why corporations can do this is because of the support of their lackeys in Congress. No matter if you are Liberal, Conservative or Independent, this is bad for the country due to the loss of revenue alone, not to mention that corporations have been out-sourcing jobs for decades. Ask yourself what they are contributing to the welfare of this country? Nothing if they dont pay taxes and they dont employ U.S. workers. They benefit because of the infrastructure, financial sector,relative stability of the U.S. economy, compliant Congress and apathetic population. This law should be changed and now. These corporations are robbing the U.S.
