Tax payers money would be better spent teaching immigrants to Speak English and Teaching them the Important things every American Citizen should know, American History and the Constitution of The United States including the Bill of Rights. Hay I know that sounds old fashion and an alien concept for people who actually immigrate to a host country to actually put forth an effort to learn the language of the host country, including the customs and traditions of that host country, but hay I am an old fashion type of guy.
