Team Manager – Adoption, Cheshire East Our client has a locum job vacancy for a team manager to work within an adoption team based in Cheshire East. This vacancy has an initial 3 month ongoing contract and the pay rate for this role is £33 per hour (limited company worker). Duties: - Delegating tasks to staff including senior practitioners as part of the duty function - Providing formal and informal supervision to team members and colleagues - Establishing placement needs of children who are looked after - Supporting children through the adoption process and undertaking assessments of adopters Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree within social work and be registered with the HCPC. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
