Team Ontario - 8 young dart players flew out of Toronto Airport Wednesday morning to represent our wonderful province, six of them very nervous and had never been at a National competition before. The bonding that formed and the friendships they all have built was incredible. They all played their hearts out and made us all proud bringing home Silver in the Canada Cup & Bronze in the Nodor Cup competitions. To all of our players - Chicken on Fire........Chive On! XO To Nova Scotia & Newfoundland congrats on your gold medals. To all the players from East to West, a job well done as you are all Champions. To Rhonda & Paul - thank you both for the support of not only the team, but me. You were truly appreciated by everyone & it was a blast. To all our Supporters: Thank you all for being there, very appreciated. To Anne McCallum & Kellie Abbott - Thank you for the donation so the youth could have soooo much fun in Nova Scotia...you are 2 amazing ladies. To all the Directors - as always a pleasure working with you as a Team with the best interest of our fantastic program for all the players across Ontario. A special thank you to Carol Collett for all you do, to Mary for being there and doing what you do best, helping & supporting all. Last, but not least a Great Big Thank You to June and all the Nova Scotia Volunteers for all you did to make this Nationals possible for the players! — feeling proud.
