[Technique Tuesday] From this week we have introduced power bags into Zone 4. One of the exercises in TRX Warrior is the power bag clean and press, demonstrated in this video. * keep the bag close to your body throughout the movement * squat down or position as if commencing a deadlift * pull the bag from the floor and up to chest height * from chest height continue the movement by flipping the bag onto your forearms * press the bag up overhead * reverse the movement to return the bag to the floor, and then repeat
