Technopark-based Experion Technologies on an expansion mode THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Trivandrum Technopark-based Experion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has opened its second office in the US in New York, after Dallas, Texas, as a part of its major expansion plans for the current year. The plan also includes starting sales operations in the UK in November this year and adding 100 employees in Kerala by the end of the financial year. The announcement was made by Binu Jacob, CEO, at the companys 8th annual day celebrations in Thiruvananthapuram. Experion, an emerging technology company with its own product in mobile based field force automation, servicing the global markets, currently employs two hundred IT professionals. The current growth prospects are driven by the improved demand in the US, Europe and Australia for product development in new generation technology platforms, said Jacob. Experion recently started working with an Australian Tier - I major on a futuristic R & D project in Big Data and Analytics involving machine learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP). When the project is commissioned, this would revolutionize the commercial application of NLP, said Mr. Sreekumar Pillai, CTO. Experion has Outsourced Product Development as a key business offering that addresses all the life cycle processes associated with IP development. And Experion engineers support its customers right up to the implementation of the IP developed for its customers.
