Territorial heraldry of Serbia The arms of Stari Grad ( old city ) The author of arms is Mr. Dragomir Acovich. The arms is divided horizontally. Upper field is red, from divison line mural crenelation with three merlon rises, central merlon being wider. Behind central merlon, circular silver two-floor tower rises with crenelation and 2 arch windows on each floor. Above side merlons there are two golden trefoil patriarchal crosses. Bottom field contains two silver bends. Stari Grad is an urban neighborhood and municipalities which constitute Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
