Testing Apple-DHL efficiency I purposely put in an order for a specs-specific MacBook Air over the year-end. Just to test the Apple-DHL efficiency in order fulfilment during the festive rush/lay-off period. Order in on December 29; Apple swiped my credit card on the same day itself; Order shipped on Jan 4 (6 days after actual transaction, 3 working days inclusive); Shipment now still stuck at Shanghai bureaucracy at the time of posting. Efficient? Apple did declare upfront that the shipment should reach me anytime by Jan 8.
