Texas in julys bloodline is the redemption of their career.They started so flamboyantly but lost their way within the next few years.One reality & The namesake albums were utter nonsense metalcore.It was very depressing. They showed great songwriting capabilities and technical proficiency in their first album which git lost in time. They got sucked out to the empty void of soulless,mechanical metalcore. Bloodline is like they are saying sorry to the fans.Excellent,creative,innovative & energetic songwriting throughout the album.Nothing unnecessary.The clean portions were handled beautifully by the band.Replacing the vocal was the best thing they could have done.Their current vocal has much more fierce screams.Its nothing like the monotonous,one dimensional boring shit you hear from every band out there. The guitarists and the drummer has always been the power house for texas in july.This time they surpassed themselves.Really top notch playing. Overall a must listen album.I havent heard music this ferocious in 2014,I still didnt hear everytime I dies new album though. Cheers Rating- 8/10
