Texas politics – need we say more? In a state that was once deep - TopicsExpress

Texas politics – need we say more? In a state that was once deep blue, then turned a bold red, the Democrats seem hell bent on reversing that fact. How does one go about that task is the question? Then ask who is behind it all, the main stream media will not? Think “Spooky Dude” and those crafty twins from San Antonio, Julian and Joaquin Castro, the “Blue Brothers” who predict Texas will soon turn blue among many others in the liberal bastion that is Austin in Travis County and other major urban centers. The task involves theatrics, and when you throw in the likelihood that the long serving Republican Governor who has taken a very pro-active stand on border issues and has grand numbers when it comes to employment may run for President again, blue does not seem to be an emerging color for Texas. Enter the sound of blue knees knocking. It is clear to SUA that a newly re-minted Rick Perry may be emerging like the phoenix from the previous ashes of his last failed presidential aspirations. Then when you consider that a ‘favorite son’ of Texas would carry with him great clout and numbers into any general election, we can hear Democrats and Hillary Clinton’s knees knocking from a thousand miles away. Rick Perry mug shot at his booking on charges of abuse of authority (Travis County Sheriff’s office) Then an opportunity appears, or at least that is what it looks like from a Democrat perspective. Always seeking to find a chink in the armor, any chink, the attack begins. Enter one very drunk and disorderly Austin area DA who will not step down from the Office of Public Integrity, a threatened veto carried out, start the attack. How do you start the attack? You claim victimhood and accuse the Governor of unlawful acts. Then you seat a grand jury in the most liberal area of the state and voila, you have an indicted Governor. Nut who was in charge of that jury, and who was on the jury?
