Thank God this is coming up at this time. When we started the EkitiKoya crusade, some people called us comedians, but it is now an issue in Ekiti, even across political parties. Thank God for the life of the progenitor. The matter of who will govern Ekiti next, goes beyond speaking of the dialect. It is a matter of having synergy with the people, that is where the homebased comes in. Somebody who has been away for many years without recourse to Ekiti until 2011, somebody who was 12years commissioner in Lagos without a pin with his people at home until 2011, somebody who does not have any impact, relationship and contact with Ekiti people until 2011, somebody who has never voted in Ekiti until 2011, cant govern Ekiti. So, dialect speaking is just part of it but not total. Fayemi and MOB are not qualified to govern Ekiti. We want our economy to reside within us this time around.
