Thank You for your patience to everyone involved in this weekends games. I know the weather pushed everyones plans, but we pulled together and finished the games off today. Special Thanks to everyone involved in cleaning up during the storm Saturday. Review of the games Supers lost in a contest that gave its first score with near 2 min left in regulation. We just couldnt answer the bell. Lights had a tough job in wrangling Planos speed game, but managed to get on the board with an untouched rumble via Brock Moore. JV was short handed with absences and was subject to the days rising temps. Tackling Purple is easier said than done. Varsity couldnt keep up with Planos offense and fell flat 0-23. Blocking and Tackling wasnt our strong point. Thanks to the everyone who brought bake sale goods. Thanks to our volunteers. Thanks to Amber Thompson, her mother, and her kids for managing concessions. Thanks to HS Varsity Football Players Zach Russell and Baley Lejawa. Our program cant / will not function without volunteers and fundraising. Special Thanks to those who have been organizing fundraisers these past few weeks. As well as those who step forward and volunteer for your kids and their teammates.
